This Cinnamon Jujube Swirl Sourdough is my favorite recipe I’ve made as of yet. It is so fun to make AND so fun to eat! The swirl filling is like…gooey. It’s perfectly sweet, and perfectly delicious. It is also 100% naturally-leavened, and 100% perfect as a sandwich loaf.Continue reading “Cinnamon Jujube Swirl Sourdough”

I made this Sourdough Enriched Chocolate Cake for my dad’s birthday and it sliced so beautifully that jaws dropped. These Easy Sourdough Discard Crackers are the best! They’re so simple and super adaptable, as well as flaky and crisp. I like to make them with different flours and seasonings each time. They’re a quick way to be creative AND use up a lot of leftover sourdough starter!
Peanut Butter Banana Dog Treats. Two of my dog’s favorite foods are peanut butter and bananas. Sookie’s other favorites include salmon, sweet potato, and butter (which I do not feed her purposely), in case you were wondering. But anyways, peanut butter and banana are the perfect treat ingredients, hence these Peanut Butter Banana Dog Treats!
There’s nothing more exciting than a crispy-edged Sourdough Lemon Bundt Cake. Crispy crust, soft interior. AND topped with a tangy lemon glaze? Delicious. I love lemons. They make everything bright and scrumptious. Especially cakes.
